Guardian Angels

My boxed papier mache angel complete with Guardian Angel Prayer is a lovely gift and can be customised with a special gift tag with your god child's name.  Papier mache angels come in any colour you wish.

They can be sitting or standing. They can be boxed or loose. Choose which colour prayer you would like on your box and  a personalised message.

The Complete Stained Glass Angel Range

The Archangel range is hand made from copper with durable multicoloured resin insets, adorned with solid glass coloured marbles, enamelled flowers, beads and crystals. These lovely angels catch the light in the day; they are also luminous and will glow at night to watch over you. You can hang them in a window, near a bed or just nearby to watch, protect and look after you.

The Bejewelled Angel range is beautiful collection of hand made different coloured stained glass angels made in The Jorvik Glassblowing studio.  These have been adorned with silver metal fretwork and would be an ideal christening, communion or confirmation gift.

These lovely frames are equally suitable for boys or girls. These are also suitable as presents for any religious event or just to remember someone is watching over you.
A sculptured papier mache cross is a lovely gift and can be painted to your specifications, as examples shown here. Please look at the cross design page to see a variety of styles. I am always happy to extend my style range if there is something specific you would like.

When choosing your framed prayer, I  have written a truly original and unique Guardian Angel Prayer for the occasion which would be suitable for First Holy Communion, birth, baptism, confirmation or other event. Crosses can be made to hang loose without a frame.
These crosses can be hung up in a room or on your bed head.  All crosses come wrapped in tissue & ribbon. They incorporate a wire hook and raffia for hanging. These are about 7 cm long. Unframed crosses are £17-£18.50 including first class post UK delivery.

Decorated Initials

     

If you would prefer a baptism present which is less religious or even a naming present, I  have produced a beautiful papier mache capital letter of an "M" complete with individualised message.  Gifts for godchildren are not always religious and the "naming" ceremony ties in beautifully with the message.  "M is ..."   the verse below can be applied to any initial. 

This particular "M" was fashioned from an old carved wooden letter and was about 20" high but letters can be any shape, style or size.  Papier Mache capital letters start at £45 plus delivery  dependent on size and design.

Alternatively, commission a stunning original capital letter painted by a known watercolour artist, Lyndsay Russell to your specification. Lyndsay has recently published a children's Illustrated book The Rainbow Weaver.

Why not choose a beautiful original watercolour like the "G" above, either specific for a girl or boy (see alternatives above). Both sizes come with a personalised poem specific to the first letter of the child's name.

You have a choice of 2 watercolour sizes.  The smaller size, comes in a frame, while the larger size is set in a bevelled mount.

Both come with an original poem specific to your letter, either on the back of frame or loose dependent on the size you choose. Watercolour paintings can include a rugby ball or football, boat or train (boys) and girls come as picture above. If you wish a particular colour scheme then please let me know. If there is a notable item you know the family are keen on, this may be possible to incorporate; just ask.
As you can see, the actual name is always placed on the building blocks on the base. A picture the child will treasure as a keepsake for life.
On both items delivery is extra.

Religious Watercolours
