Refunds on Crosses and Angels
If for any reason you are
not happy, please can you return the goods to me and I will refund you your
money. Customers must realise that papier mache is a honed, original gift
which by its nature is not perfect in line and form. Indeed, it is its
organic form which makes it so unique and interesting. If you are looking
for something perfect and exact, then this art may not be for you.
All framed goods are sent
with best intent. Very occasionally a frame may break. If this is the case,
I will ship you some new glass to put in frame free of charge.
The crosses in frames are
aligned to the top of the frame mount. As they are papier mache they are not
100% straight on all sides. This gives them their unique quality. All works
are aligned visually. I am an artist and I look at the best visual
alignment. It may be that this is not an exact measured centre, but
experience shows that this looks best hung up on your wall.
The frames are made of
wood. Wood by its very nature has occasional flaws and marks. The frames are
simple wood frames and vary slightly in finish. I check all fames before
delivery. However, wood can be slightly marked and some frames may have
anomalies. These are how the frames are delivered to me. Again, this is not
a fault but the nature of the wood.
After hundreds of
commissions, I can safely say, I have very many happy customers. I will do
everything to try and sort out any problems that you have.
Papier Mache crosses are
hand made to order. They take at least 3 days to make. I cannot on most
occasions speed this up. Sometimes I may have some half made, but normally I
make to order. Please bear with me, especially in March to May as I am doing
my best. If you want a cross sooner, please email me prior to purchase.
Very, very occasionally
the pendant cross you order will be the last one or someone may have
purchased the last one just before you. If this is the case, you can either
choose another cross or I can give you a refund.
